Is it okay to pay online with debit or credit card?

Yes, it's safe to shop online with your card. Please follow this instructions.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. For details please read the Privacy Policy. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. In order to process credit card orders online, we will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. Please note that we do not keep your credit card details online and these details are therefore protected from any breach of security. Navigational information is only used for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and is not shared with any outside parties.

What if the item I am interested in is sold out?
Our items tend to sell out very quickly and are not restocked. However, please email our customer service team at customer_service@cpkshop.com with the item/s you were interested in and we can double check our stock levels.

My order not process, what do I do?
If an error message keeps occurring in your check out process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing. We recommend contacting your bank and letting them know you are making an international purchase. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please email our customer service team at customer_service@cpkshop.com.

I have received the wrong item, what do I do?
Please contact our customer service team at customer_service@cpkshop.com directly within 3 days from receiving the item, so we can solve the issue.
